Summary
We collect only the information you choose to send us, use it to respond to you and to run our business, and do not sell it. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
This summary is for orientation. The sections below are the operative terms.
Who we are
Seeqore Technologies Limited provides managed IT, cybersecurity consulting, and artificial intelligence services. We operate from Nigeria and Canada. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Seeqore Technologies Limited.
For information collected through this website and our marketing activity, we are the controller: we decide what is collected and why.
This policy does not cover client service delivery. When we process personal data inside a client's systems while providing services, we act as a processor on that client's instructions. That processing is governed by the service agreement and data processing agreement with the client, not by this policy.
What we collect
We collect the following, and only when you provide it:
- Enquiry details. Name, company, work email, phone number, the type of enquiry, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address, and the date and method of your subscription so we can evidence consent.
- Recruitment enquiries. Anything you include if you contact us about working with us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, request time, page requested, and user agent. These are used for security and troubleshooting, and are not used to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for special category information such as health, biometric, or financial account data through this website. Please do not send it to us in a message.

Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. What it does store, and how to change your choices, is set out in ourcookie policy.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary, and only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, newsletter distribution, and customer relationship management. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers, where needed.
- Authorities where we are required to disclose by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
International transfers
We operate in Nigeria and Canada, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, which may include contractual protections with the recipient and assessing the protections available in the destination country.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become client relationships:kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: kept for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
- Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
We apply the practices we recommend to clients: access on a least-privilege basis, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, encryption in transit, patching and monitoring, and restricted access to enquiry data. No system can be completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures and review them.
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs and the law requires it, we will notify the relevant authority and, where required, you.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
- Ask us to transfer your information to another provider where technically feasible
- Complain to the relevant data protection authority
To exercise any of these, contact our data protection officer atdpo@seeqore.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
Children
Our services are intended for organisations, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Marketing and unsubscribing
We send the newsletter only to people who asked for it. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that works without requiring you to contact us, and we act on unsubscribes promptly. You can also emailprivacy@seeqore.com to be removed.
